John Eastman opposes efforts by liberal Federal judges and Sacramento politicians to create new “rights” for convicted criminals that in some cases may exceed those of law-abiding citizens living in free society.  He will fight efforts to force early releases of violent criminals back into society, and will more aggressively fight activist judges who try to impose early releases and/or massive new costs on California’s prison system.
